Step-by-step installation using a microscope
Mirror retrieval and placement
1. Hold the mirror arm with your right hand and hold the mirror holder with your left hand.
2. Place the microscope on the experimental platform, slightly to the left (the microscope is placed about 7 centimeters away from the edge of the experimental platform)
Here). Install the eyepiece and objective lens.
Regarding light
3. Rotate the converter to align the low magnification objective lens with the through hole (the front end of the objective lens should be kept at a distance of 2 centimeters from the stage).
4. Align a larger aperture with the through-hole. Look into the eyepiece with the left eye (open the right eye for future simultaneous drawing). Rotate the reflector to reflect light through the light hole into the tube. Through the eyepiece, a bright white field of view can be seen.
observation
5. Place the glass slide specimen to be observed (which can also be made of thin paper with the letter "6" printed on it) on the stage, press it down with a pressure clamp, and ensure that the specimen is facing the center of the light hole.
6. Rotate the coarse focus screw to slowly lower the lens barrel until the objective lens approaches the slide specimen (keep your eyes on the objective lens to avoid it touching the slide specimen).
7. Look into the eyepiece with your left eye and rotate the coarse focus screw in the opposite direction to slowly raise the lens barrel until you can see the object clearly. Rotate the fine focus spiral slightly to make the image seen clearer.
8. Use of high-power objective lens: Before using a high-power objective lens, it is necessary to first use a low-power objective lens to find the observed object and adjust it to the center of the field of view, then rotate the converter and replace the high-power lens. After the high-power mirror is replaced, the brightness in the field of vision will become dark. Therefore, generally select a larger aperture and use the concave surface of the reflector, and then adjust the fine focusing spiral. The number of objects viewed decreases, but their volume increases.
arrangement
8. After the experiment is completed, wipe the surface of the microscope clean. Rotate the converter, tilt the two objective lenses to both sides, and slowly lower the lens barrel to the lowest point, placing the reflector vertically. Finally, place the microscope into the mirror box and return it to its original location.
