Steps for cleaning microscope lenses
Firstly determine if you really need to clean the CCD, if there isn't a lot of dust then it's better to wait. Dirt is a bit of a nuisance, dirt tends to get more and more as you wipe, so if it doesn't affect the imaging too much (usually easier to see with a small aperture, increase the aperture and it goes away), please try not to do the cleaning. Cleaning items are:
l, highly pure ethanol - for wiping the lens or colour filter surface (or a mixture of ether and anhydrous alcohol)
2, blowing ball - for ** dust and foreign objects (poor quality blowing ball in the rubber aging internal particles will fall off, will be blown out with the airflow)
3, long-fibre lens paper - take lens paper to wipe the lens before, be sure to use soap to clean the whole hand, remember not to leave oil stains, especially the body's natural secretion of grease.
4, cedar stick or pine stick - in its ** coiled lens paper, used to wipe the objective lens. With the mouth to the lens of the gas, blowing dust, will bring saliva to the lens on the corrosion of the lens, the use of lens paper or deer skin dry rubbing lens is easy to scratch the lens.
Cleaning steps:
1 Blow dust off the lens with a blowing ball.
2 View the results in the preview window.
3 If there is any adhesion that cannot be blown off, use the "lens paper brush" to gently brush it off. That is, after the lens paper is unsealed, take one rolled into a small roll and torn from the middle, the use of the natural formation of the broken surface of the "brush" brush off the dust on the lens, the rest of the lens paper should be sealed to avoid falling on the dust.
4 Check the result in the preview window.
5 If there are still stains, use the "lens paper stick" to gently wipe, and then blow with a blow dryer ball.
6 View the effect in the preview window.
7 If there are still stains, use a lens paper bar dipped in cleaning fluid, dry a little better, from the centre of the spiral wipe the mirror, do not go back again, and then blow with a blowing ball blowing.
8 View the effect in the preview window.
9 Repeat until satisfied.
