1. The moisture analyzer continues to heat without stopping

1. It is caused by not paying attention to normal operation. When the sample tray bracket was placed, it was not placed properly, which caused the bracket and the sample tray tripod to touch together, so the above situation occurred during the test. There will be another situation when the bracket and the tripod touch together: the calibration process has not passed. If the calibration fails, you can restart the moisture analyzer, and then check whether the bracket and the tripod are in contact. .

2. When the moisture content is very high (over 80%), the measurement time will be longer, and you can choose the timing mode for measurement.

1. The amount of sampling must be sufficient - the sample is too small, the total amount of water is less, and the measurement error is large

2. The sampler must be dry - do not introduce external water, then the measurement error will be too large

3. It must be sealed when weighing the sample - to isolate the influence of moisture in the air

4. When measuring, it should be isolated from the atmosphere - to ensure that the water vapor in the air does not interfere with the experiment

3. What is the reason for the high drift during standby titration?

The water in the cathode cell permeates through the diaphragm into the anode cell. Keep the liquid level of the anolyte higher than the liquid level in the cathode pool; thoroughly clean the titration cup to remove the continuous side reactions caused by the residual sample from the previous test; check the tightness of the titration system.

4. The color of the anolyte is not bright yellow, but between brown and dark yellow

If the color is too dark, the response ability of the electrode to the electrolyte is reduced. The double platinum needle electrode can be cleaned with a paper towel to remove the adsorbate on the surface; check whether the measuring electrode is connected normally; the measuring electrode may be malfunctioning.

5. Pre-titration of fresh anolyte, drift too high

There is residual water in the titration system. The molecular sieve and silica gel in the drying tube can be replaced; check whether the electrode interface and the plug interface of the titration stand are tight; you can properly apply silicone grease to some loose interfaces.
