Teach everyone how to use the digital clamp table,

A digital clamp meter, also known as a clamp meter, is an instrument that can clamp wires and perform current detection without cutting them off. The digital clamp meter only needs to clamp the outer skin of the wire to measure the current situation of the wire, making operation more convenient and safe.

Usage of digital clamp table:
1. Before conducting measurements, mechanical zeroing should be performed;

2. Next, choose the appropriate range based on the principle of selecting a large range first and then a small range, or estimate based on the nameplate value of the electrical appliance;

3. When using the minimum range for measurement, there may be situations where the reading is not clear. In this case, it is necessary to wind the measured wire a few turns, and the number of turns should be based on the number of turns in the center of the clamp. In this case, the reading is: reading=indicated value x range/full deviation x number of turns;

4. When measuring, the measured wire should be located in the center of the clamp and the clamp should be in a closed and tight state, which can effectively reduce errors;

5. After the measurement is completed, the switch should be switched to the maximum range.

Precautions for using digital clamp watches
1. The voltage of the measured circuit must be at the rated voltage of the lion clamp meter;

2. When measuring the current of high-voltage lines, it is necessary to wear insulated gloves, shoes, and stand on insulation pads to ensure safety;

3. The jaws of a digital clamp meter must be tightly closed and cannot be measured under charged conditions.

(9) The symbol of the grounding terminal on the connector varies depending on the vehicle model, and attention should be paid to identifying it according to the maintenance manual.

(10) When measuring the voltage between two terminals or between two lines, the two probes of the multimeter (voltage range) should be in contact with the two terminals or wires being measured.

(11) When measuring the voltage of a certain terminal or line, the positive probe of the multimeter should be in contact with the tested terminal or line; And contact the negative probe of the multimeter with the ground wire.

(12) Checking the continuity of terminals, contacts, or wires refers to checking whether the terminals, contacts, or wires are energized but not disconnected. The resistance value can be measured using a multimeter resistance range to check.

(13) When measuring resistance or voltage, the connector is usually disassembled, which divides the connector into two parts, one of which is called a sensor (or actuator) connector; The other part is called a sensor (or actuator) wire harness connector or a sensor (or actuator) connector (or connector sleeve) on one side of the wire harness. For example, after removing the connector on the fuel injector, one part is called the fuel injector connector, and the other part is called the fuel injector wiring harness connector or the fuel injector connector on one side of the wire. When measuring, it is important to determine which part of the connector it is.

(14) All sensors, relays, and other devices are connected to computers, which are connected through wires and actuators. Therefore, when checking for faults, testing can be conducted on the corresponding terminals of computer connectors.
