The application of microscope in deep penetration welding of automotive components

 

Welding, as an important means of material processing, is widely used in industrial production. With the continuous development of welding technology and the improvement of welding technology, the requirements for welding quality in various industries of penetration analysis systems are also increasing. Industrial upgrading is imminent, and the detection of welding quality through welding depth analyzers is crucial for the industrial upgrading of the mechanical manufacturing industry. In response to this situation, Shanghai Yehong Optical Experimental Equipment Factory has developed a welding quality inspection system for measuring welding depth according to industry standards, including HB5282-1984 structural steel and stainless steel resistance spot welding and seam welding quality inspection, HB5276-1984 penetration detection microscope for aluminum alloy resistance spot welding and seam welding quality inspection. The welding depth microscope is equipped with sample welding point cutting, pre grinding, polishing, chemical treatment units, penetration depth microscope system (ZOOM-660E), and planar image measurement system (CF-2000C). This system can image, edit, measure, export data, and print reports on the penetration of welding products, including docking, handover, overlap, and T-shaped welding. In particular, various welding components such as automotive fixtures and molds, automotive inspection tools, fusion welding detectors for automotive seat components, automotive seat belts, automotive parts welding depth detection for automotive filters, etc. The following are the actual cutting and welding depth measurement results of products from Shanghai Optical Instrument Factory. Compared with similar products, this system has the characteristics of clear imaging, high contrast and accuracy of computer-based welding depth measurement microscopes, and can achieve the most perfect true color observation and photography effects.


The content of the welding inspection welding seam penetration microscope includes the materials, tools, equipment for measuring welding seam penetration throughout the production process from drawing design to product production, inspection of process and finished product quality. The welding seam penetration measurement microscope is divided into three stages: pre welding inspection, welding process inspection, and post welding finished product inspection. The inspection method for welding penetration depth of pressure vessels can be divided into destructive inspection and non-destructive testing based on whether it causes damage to the product.


1) Welding depth and width analyzer for pre weld inspection
Pre welding inspection includes inspection of raw materials (such as base metal, welding rod, flux, etc.) using a depth microscope and inspection of welding structure design.


2) Inspection of weld depth and width during welding process
This includes inspection of welding process specifications, inspection of weld size, inspection of fixture conditions, and inspection of structural assembly quality.


3) Inspection of finished products after welding using a computer-based depth measurement microscope
