The difference between the use of inverted metallographic microscope and upright metallographic microscope
Inverted metallographic microscope is mainly suitable for studying and analyzing the microstructure, casting quality, and phase structure of various metals and alloy materials after heat treatment. In addition to analyzing and identifying metal samples with a height of 20-30mm, it is more widely used for transparent, semi transparent, or opaque substances due to its conformity with human daily habits. Observing targets larger than 3 microns but smaller than 20 microns, such as metal ceramics, electronic chips, printed circuits, LCD substrates, films, fibers, granular objects, coatings, and other materials, can achieve good imaging effects for their surface structures and traces.
