Second step:

Step 3:
It is the casting billet of tin material. The heating in the fusion process is based on oil and electric heating. Some manufacturers use coal heating, oil, and electric heating to have a corresponding special heating furnace, which can automatically stir the temperature and time. To control and reduce the possibility of poor fusion caused by human factors, the melted tin material is poured into the mold and cast into a rod shape.
Fourth step:
It is wire extrusion. In the entire production process of solder wire, the extrusion of tin material is the most critical, because extrusion is a key link in the entire production process. If there are defects and hidden dangers during extrusion, it will lead to defects in the solder wire, sometimes It is difficult to find problems. In order to ensure the production of high-quality products, the extrusion must be strictly controlled. It is very heavy. The solder wire is extruded in the hydraulic press and the extrusion die. During the extrusion process, the intermittent wire should be injected according to the production requirements. Different molds can be made for round wire, round wire, thick wire and thickness.
Step 5:
Winding, during operation, the winding is flat and the number of turns can be counted under automatic control. During winding, there will be uneven winding, unevenness and other undesirable situations. Pay attention to these problems in production.
Step 6:
It is the packaging and inspection of solder wire.
