Troubleshooting method of moisture analyzer
The Halogen Moisture Analyzer adopts the ring tube halogen heating method to quickly dry the sample. During the drying process, the moisture meter continuously measures and immediately displays the lost moisture content of the sample in %. After the drying program is completed, the final measured moisture content value is locked and displayed. Halogen Moisture Analyzer Fault Phenomena Fault Cause Solution
1. After the Halogen Moisture Analyzer fails to turn on the motor, the fuse tube in the AC socket is broken, or the plug and socket of the power cord are in poor contact. Replace the fuse tube, check the AC plug and socket, if not, contact the after-sales service point or the manufacturer.
2. The halogen tube is not bright. The halogen tube wire is broken or broken. Replace the halogen tube.
3. The weighing display is abnormal. Check whether there is any foreign matter stuck between the weighing bracket and the through hole. If not, contact the after-sales service point or the manufacturer
4. The temperature display is abnormal. Check whether the temperature adjustment potentiometer and the setting switch are loose. If yes, tighten it, if not, contact the after-sales service point or the manufacturer.
5. If the buzzer does not sound, the buzzer may be broken. To replace the buzzer, you need to open the machine. You should contact the after-sales service point or the manufacturer.
