What are the classifications of gas detectors?

The gas detector is an instrument tool for gas leakage concentration detection. The gas detector can detect hydrogen sulfide, carbon monoxide, oxygen, sulfur dioxide, phosphine, ammonia, nitrogen dioxide, hydrogen cyanide, chlorine, chlorine dioxide, ozone and combustible gases.

Gas detectors can be classified according to the following types:
1. Classification according to the type of gas detected

Combustible gas detectors, toxic and harmful gas detectors, common gas detectors;

Advantages of common flammable and toxic gas detection instruments: high cost performance and good performance.

2. Classification by function
Single detector and multi-function detector: The single gas detector is mainly used to detect a certain gas in the detection place, and the usage is very large.

Multifunctional gas detectors include six-in-one gas detectors, five-in-one gas detectors, four-in-one gas detectors, etc., to meet the needs of different gas detection quantities.

3. Classification by usage
Portable and fixed: Portable is an instrument that satisfies on-site operators' safety detection of gas before operation, and is usually related to the usage scenario.

The fixed type is mainly to realize long-term uninterrupted detection, so as to ensure the safety of the place of use, does not require on-site personnel to control, and can be intelligently linked.

4. Classification by sampling method
Diffusion type and pump suction type: Diffusion gas detectors are widely used, and they are characterized by good cost performance.

The price of the pump-suction gas detector is relatively high, which mainly meets the special needs of special places.
