What are the main components of a regulated DC power supply?
1. Main circuit
Inrush current limit: limit the inrush current on the input side when the power is turned on.
Input Filter: Its function is to filter the clutter that exists in the mesh and prevent machine-generated clutter from returning to the mesh.
Rectification and Filtering: Rectify AC power directly to the grid to convert it into a more uniform DC power source
Inverter: converts rectified direct current into high frequency alternating current, and the core of the power supply is stable high frequency direct current.
Output rectification and filtering: Provide stable and reliable DC power supply according to load requirements
2. Control circuit
On the one hand, compared with the set value, sampling is taken from the output terminal, and then the inverter is commanded to change its pulse width or pulse frequency to stabilize the output, which is determined by the power protection circuit. The control circuit performs various measures to protect the power supply.
3. Detection circuit
Input various parameters and device data to make the protection circuit work.
4. Auxiliary power supply
Execute the power supply (remote start), power protection circuit and control circuit (PWM, etc.) of the software chip.
