What are the sampling methods for VOC gas detectors
At present, there are three sampling methods for VOC detectors, namely diffusion sampling, pump suction sampling, and pipeline sampling.
1. Diffuse type
The so-called diffusion type refers to the online continuous detection of VOC and the free diffusion detection method;
Regarding diffusion sampling, detection is mainly carried out through the natural flow of gas. When gas enters the gas chamber of the detector, the instrument automatically senses and provides real-time feedback on monitoring values to achieve the purpose of detection.
2. Pump suction
The external air pump can be equipped with a flow type adapter for inlet and outlet or an internal air pump to achieve a pump suction detection method (air pump optional);
That is to say, pump suction sampling is a gas sensor chamber part that adds an additional suction pump to the detector, relying on the suction force of the air pump to quickly suck gas in, in order to achieve detection. 3. Probe type
The probe type sampling is carried out by pumping and equipped with a 1M long freely extendable metal rod for sampling, which has a "sky to earth" detection effect.
