What distinguishes a gas analyzer from a gas detector?

1. Different structure:

Gas detectors are generally composed of gas detectors and signal conversion circuits, while analyzers not only have gas detectors and signal conversion circuits, but also a complete set of gas path analysis systems.

Two, different detection methods:

The detection method of the gas detector is often a diffusion type, which can only be detected in the air. The gas analyzer is to analyze the collected gas by sucking it into the interior for inspection by lifting it out of the sampling tube.

Three, the accuracy of the data is different:

Gas detectors can only provide qualitative analysis results for specified gases. The gas analyzer is an unknown gas concentration, and through the analysis instrument, the gas type and concentration contained in the unknown gas are given.

Fourth, the purpose of measurement is different

The detection purpose of the gas detector is mainly used for safety protection. Different gas detectors are set corresponding to the known gas components in the detection environment to achieve the role of preventive detection. The detection purpose of the gas analyzer is mainly to detect the gas composition and content in the measured environment, and the detection accuracy of the gas analyzer is higher than that of the gas detector.

5. Different methods of operation to complete the whole process of determination

When the gas detector is in use, you only need to place the gas detector in the measured environment and the instrument can display the value and complete the detection.
