Accurate measurement

At present, mettler toledo's new M420 transmitter is used for some pH meters in the factory. The screen of this transmitter displays rich contents (see Figure 2), and the status of the sensor is clear at a glance. For ISM intelligent electrode, it can also display electrode life and electrode running time "dynamic life indicator DLI", and dynamically calculate the time when the electrode can still run in this state according to the load of the electrode. In practical application, we can carry out selective maintenance according to the state of the electrode, and appropriately extend the maintenance period for the electrode with good use conditions and low load.
Simple operation
As the pH meter is an on-line analytical instrument, according to the relevant management regulations of the company's on-line analytical instrument, each pH meter needs to be cleaned and calibrated every month, which requires the selected pH meter to be simple, convenient and safe to operate. Mettler toledo's online pluggable pH meter just meets the above requirements. When on-line inspection is needed, the electrode can be pulled out smoothly by pulling out the bolt on the sheath, and the front end of the sheath automatically contracts and closes due to the action of the spring, thus blocking the leakage of materials.
