What is the detection range of the combustible gas alarm?
Within the range of 0~100% LEL. When the gas concentration measured by the detector exceeds 100% LEL of the measuring range, the display will flash and show the highest value. When the gas concentration returns to within the measurement range, the display will return to normal operation.
Combustible gas alarms are also called gas leak detection alarm instruments. When the flammable gas leaks in the industrial environment and daily life environment (such as kitchens using natural gas), and the flammable gas alarm detects that the concentration of flammable gas reaches the alarm value set by the alarm, the flammable gas alarm will emit sound and light. If there is leakage in the factory production, storage and transportation, it can drive the exhaust, cut off the power supply, spray and other systems to prevent explosions, fires, and poisoning accidents, thereby ensuring safe production. It is often used in chemical plants, oil, gas stations, steel plants and other places where flammable gases are used or generated.
Emergency treatment: When the detector alarms due to gas leakage and the automatic cut-off device is used, do not turn on the lights or turn on any electrical switches; immediately open the windows for ventilation, and after the red alarm indicator light of the detector goes out, look for the gas leakage confirmed. Cause (if the cause cannot be confirmed, contact the relevant gas company for processing) and eliminate it. Confirm that the detector does not continue to alarm (the gas does not continue to leak), and press the manual switch to open the automatic cut-off device to restore the gas. Do not touch the power of the household gas alarm at will to prevent the detector from working properly.
