What is the liquid in the digital level
There will be horizontal bubbles in the level, and there will be liquid flowing in it, and the water bubbles in the left and right tilt will also move accordingly. The level measures the level through it, so what kind of liquid is the water in the level?
In fact, the liquid in the level is not ordinary water, but a mixed liquid of alcohol, glycerin, ethanol and water, which is made into the level after a specific ratio. The reason for using this liquid is, Because the level requires that the liquid will not freeze, has good fluidity, good stability, and can fluoresce.
How is the liquid in the level gauge filled?
1. Put the body of the spirit level on the machine and dig out several holes. These holes will be filled with level bubbles containing air bubbles and used as handles.
2. Melt the plastic and inject it into an arc-shaped vial as a vial. One end of the injection-molded vial is sealed, and the other end is left with an opening.
3. The vials are sent to the mechanical claw through the vibrating disc feeder. The mechanical claw holds each vial and rotates to turn the opening upward, and injects the mixed liquid into the vial. The same amount of liquid must be injected into each vial, leaving only space required for the formation of air bubbles.
4. The mechanical claw covers the vial with a plastic cap, and the plastic cap is welded to the vial by an ultrasonic welding machine to seal the liquid in the vial.
5. The horizontal bubble with bubbles will be photographed by the camera, and the computer will automatically detect the size and position of the bubbles to judge whether it is qualified, and roll the vial on the machine, and thermally transfer two indicator lines on the vial.
6. At this time, the vials need to be inspected again. The qualified vials will enter the solid welding system, which will inject molten plastic into the gap to form the base of the horizontal bubble, and put the horizontal bubble with the base into the body of the ruler. In the opening, fix it with glue.
