Too much air will waste electric energy, and too little air will affect people's breathing comfort. The air volume entering the air outlet of the variable air volume box is measured by a differential pressure sensor, and the area temperature is measured by connecting a temperature sensor. Based on the temperature set point, the air volume required by the area is obtained through an algorithm, and compared with the measured air volume, the air valve actuator of the variable air volume box is adjusted through the digital signal output, so that the air valve is in a controlled position and the area can be maintained. The temperature is at the set value and at the same time meets the minimum air volume requirements of the area.


Controlling the air volume by monitoring the air pressure with a differential pressure sensor is an effective solution that can reduce the owner's primary investment and operating costs.
At the same time, air filters are a critical component of HVAC, and over time they can accumulate dust, reducing airflow. Monitor the pressure on both sides of the filter through the differential pressure sensor, judge the airflow change, and remind the cleaning personnel to replace or clean the filter in time, otherwise it will consume more power to restore the airflow to the required level, and it will also give other systems in the system Components bring additional wear and tear.
