What kinds of gases are there in the conventional four-in-one gas detector?
1. Values for different concentration ranges of combustible gas methane
1. When methane (CH4) exceeds 1.00%, the gas detector will alarm;
2. When the value of methane (CH4) on the detector is lower than 1.00%, it is normal;
3. When the value of methane (CH4) on the detector exceeds 5%, there is a danger of explosion when exposed to light, and electric fire welding is prohibited;
4. If the methane (CH4) value on the detector exceeds 25%, it can cause headache, dizziness, fatigue, lack of concentration, rapid breathing and heartbeat, and you should go outside for ventilation every 30 minutes or so.
2. Values for different concentration ranges of carbon monoxide
1. When carbon monoxide (CO) exceeds 24ppm, the gas detector will alarm;
2. When the carbon monoxide (CO) on the detector exceeds 50pm, it is the maximum content allowed for adults to be in it;
3. When the carbon monoxide (CO) on the detector exceeds 200ppm, after (2-3) hours, there will be slight headache, dizziness, and compassion, and you should go outside for ventilation every 30 minutes or so;
4. When the carbon monoxide (CO) on the detector exceeds 400ppm, leave the scene immediately and report to the responsible person.
3. The value of different concentration ranges of oxygen
1. When the oxygen (02) is lower than 18.0%, the gas detector will alarm;
2. The gas (O2) value on the detector is 20.9%, which is the normal content of oxygen in the air;
3. When the oxygen (O2) value on the detector is lower than 15%, people will have shortness of breath, headache, dizziness, fatigue and weakness, and slow movements. Immediately leave the scene and report to the relevant responsible person.
4. Values for different concentration ranges of hydrogen sulfide
1. When hydrogen sulfide (H2S) exceeds 10ppm, the gas detector will alarm;
2. When the hydrogen sulfide (H2S) on the detector is 50ppm–100pa, there is a pungent smell, and it should be ventilated outside every 30 minutes or so;
3. When the hydrogen sulfide (H2S) on the detector is 100ppm-200pm, the sense of smell is paralyzed, immediately leave the scene and report to the relevant responsible person;
4. When the hydrogen sulfide (H2S) on the detector exceeds 200pm, it will be poisoned within one hour, leave the scene immediately and report to the responsible person.
Conventional four-in-one gas detector (composite gas detector) is widely used in petrochemical, painting, electric power, metallurgy, environmental protection, papermaking and other industrial industries. When the concentration of gas in the environment is detected to reach the preset alarm value, the conventional The 4-in-1 gas detector will send out sound, light and vibration alarms.
