What should be paid attention to when welding different electronic components?

Welding of pin type components: Use an electric soldering iron and solder wire to form water droplet like solder droplets at appropriate positions. When soldering the pin components, it is necessary to first select the appropriate length of the component pins, which can be based on the packaging of the components themselves. The process of soldering is to first place the electric soldering iron on the solder pad, and then place the soldering wire close to the solder pad. If the amount of tin is appropriate, first remove the soldering wire. This is when the solder becomes a water droplet and then remove the electric soldering iron. Note: Do not place too much solder on the solder pad. Finally, cut off the long pin wires.

Soldering of SMD components with electric soldering iron: First, apply a small amount of solder on the solder pad. (If it is a flat component, you can add more solder to avoid the need for further soldering. However, for thicker components such as capacitors and light-emitting diodes, you can consider adding a small amount of solder to solder the component. Finally, solder the component to prevent it from not being firmly soldered.) Then, use an electric soldering iron and tweezers to fix one end of the component first, Confirm that the component is not biased, and then point the solder pad on the other end to fix the component. To make the component tightly adhere to the circuit board, you can first use an electric soldering iron to point the solder on the first end, instantly point the solder on the other end, and press down with tweezers (this method is suitable for larger SMD resistors).

When soldering integrated chip mount components, a small amount of solder is first applied to the solder pads of each pin of the chip, and then the chip is placed on top. The diagonal ends of the chip are fixed at a certain position, and if there is an offset, it can be removed and re fixed. If there is no problem, the other pins can be connected to the solder pads before the original solder pads. Finally, a small amount of solder is added to each pin as needed to make it more fixed and not suspended. Finally, use tweezers to check if there are any soldered pins.
