When using a microscope, what to look for

1, slide specimens should be aligned with the centre of the fluorescent hole, can not put the slide in reverse, to prevent pressure damage to the slide or touch the objective lens.

Do not remove the eyepiece to prevent dust from falling into the objective lens, and do not disassemble various parts to prevent damage.

3, hold the mirror must be the right hand holding arm, left hand seat position, not one-handed extraction, so as to avoid parts falling off or collision to other places.

4, gently hold and put, not to place the microscope on the edge of the experimental bench, should be placed in 10cm from the edge, so as not to touch over the landing.

5, after use, must be restored to be put back into the mirror box, the steps are: remove the specimen piece, rotate the rotator so that the lens away from the light hole, down the mirror stage, flat reflector, down the light collector (but do not touch the reflector), close the aperture, the push piece of the device back to the position, covered with a silk cloth and the outer cover.

6, keep the microscope clean, optical and lighting parts can only be wiped with mirror paper, do not blow the mouth and hand wipe or wipe with a cloth, the mechanical part of the cloth to wipe.

7, water droplets, alcohol or other drugs do not touch the lens and mirror stage, if stained should be immediately wiped with mirror paper.

8, to develop the habit of observing both eyes open at the same time, with the left eye to observe the field of view, the right eye used to draw.
