If the gap between the found bubble and the central position exceeds 1/4 of the graduation value (that is, when the level is turned 180 degrees, the difference between the two readings before and after exceeds 1/2 of the graduation value);
Then the zero position of the level meter is out of tolerance, and the zero position must be adjusted urgently.
Different models of zero adjustment devices have different zero adjustment methods.
The axis of the welded flat water preparation bubble is parallel to the bottom surface of the level, that is, the bottom surface of the level is also in a horizontal position
The mediation method for the zero position is as follows
The working surface of the tablet is in a horizontal position, that is, the natural water level
The zero position of the frame level must be satisfied with the following three points:
The middle of the bubble is exactly tangent to the two long engraved lines
Adjustment of the bubble length, when the bubble length of the frame type is adjustable;
Before use, check whether the length of the air bubble is equal to the distance between the two long engraved lines, if the two lengths are different;
It is necessary to reverse the height of the spirit level by 180 degrees, and raise or lower one end of the compensated air chamber (the longer the bubble is, the higher it is, the shorter the bubble is, the lower it is);
Or shake the level directly to make the bubble shrink or stretch until the middle of the bubble is exactly tangent to the two long engraved lines.
