108x148mm large diameter clamp ammeter function
The ultra-large diameter clamp ammeter, with a jaw size of 108x148mm, is the largest diameter clamp ammeter in China. It can clamp φ108mm cables or 160mm×4mm flat steel ground wires. It is suitable for the current of large cables and grounding flat steel on-site for low-voltage lines of 600V and below. Leakage current detection. Measuring range: 0.1mA-3200A, which meets most line current detection requirements, and has 99 sets of data storage. It has an RS232 interface to upload the stored data to the computer, which is convenient for saving and analyzing data.
108x148mm large diameter clamp ammeter functional application
1. Data storage;
During the test, press the HOLD key to maintain the LCD display. While pressing the HOLD key to retain the data, the instrument automatically numbers and stores the currently held data; press the HOLD key again to unlock and you can test again. The instrument can store 99 sets of data. If the storage is full, the memory must be cleared before it can be stored again.
2. View and delete
After powering on, press the PEAK key + POWER key to enter the data review mode, the "MR" symbol will be displayed, and the 01st group of data will be automatically displayed. Press the PEAK key or POWER key again to cycle up or down. In the review mode, press the PEAK key + POWER key to access all stored data and return to the normal test mode. The "dEL" symbol is displayed during the data process
3. LCD display
Under normal testing, the LCD displays the measured current and leakage current during the test. The LCD data changes with the current and leakage current. When the meter withdraws from the measured wire, the test result is not retained and the display returns to zero.
4. Things to note
It cannot be used to measure lines exceeding 600V. The jaws must be kept fully closed during leakage and current tests. Keep the wire in the center of the jaws as much as possible. After the test is completed, be sure to clean the clamp heads and maintain the instrument.
