Basic functions of DC stabilized voltage and current stabilized power supply, precautions for using the power supply
This is an electronic device that can provide a stable DC power supply to the load. Most DC regulated power supply power supplies are AC power supplies. The DC output voltage of a regulated power supply remains stable even if the voltage of the AC source or the load resistance changes. With the development of electronic equipment in the direction of high precision, high stability and high reliability, DC regulated power supplies put forward high requirements for the power supply of electronic equipment.
1. Basic functions of DC regulated power supply
1. The output voltage value can be set arbitrarily, and it can work normally under the condition of lower than the rated output voltage value.
2. The steady-state current value of the output current can be set arbitrarily, and it works normally when it is lower than the rated output current value.
3. The steady-state and steady-state current state of the DC power supply will be automatically converted, and the corresponding state will be displayed.
4. The output voltage and current values must be accurately displayed and identified.
5. For DC power supplies that require accurate output voltage and current values, multi-turn potentiometers and potentiometers for fine-tuning voltage and current or direct digital input are usually used.
6. A complete protection circuit is required. Even if the output terminals are short-circuited and become abnormal, the regulated DC power supply should not be damaged. After the exception is resolved, it will function normally.
2. Matters needing attention when using DC stabilized voltage and stabilized current power supply
1. First gradually adjust the "coarse" button according to the desired tension, then gradually adjust the "fine" button to ensure the correct fit. For example, if you need to output a voltage of 12V, you must set the "coarse adjustment" button to 15V, and then set the "fine adjustment" button to 12V, otherwise it will not reach 12v, and the maximum output voltage will not reach 12V.
2. Set the desired voltage and reconnect it to the load.
3. If you need to change the "coarse adjustment" gear during operation, you must first disconnect the load, set the output voltage to the desired value, and then connect the load.
4. If the load is short-circuited or overloaded during operation, please disconnect the load first, then press the "Resume" button or turn off the power and turn it on again to restore the voltage to the normal operating state. Connect after troubleshooting the load.
5. When connecting power supply units with different nominal currents in series, the output current must correspond to the nominal value of the minimum nominal current.
6. Each power supply has a measuring head for displaying the output current or output voltage of the channel in different A/V states. Usually placed in a voltage indication state.
7. Each channel has two output connectors, red and black. A red connection represents a "+", a black connection represents a "-", and a black connection with a black symbol "earth" in the center of the control panel represents the connection. Connect to the housing, and connect to each outlet. One output has no electrical connection and is only used as a safety wire. It's easy to understand that the symbol "ground" means ground, and the "+" and "-" mean the positive and negative output power that powers the op amp at double the power.
8. Two voltages can be connected in series. Simultaneous use is prohibited. Since the power supply is a power supply device, the output terminals cannot be short-circuited for a long time.
