Calibration steps for fixed VOC online monitor:
1. Take the fixed VOC detector outdoors to a cool and ventilated place, and power on the VOC detector for more than 2 hours. (The air at the outdoor site is fresh and there is no target gas to detect, so the instrument can be zeroed).
2. To adjust the zero point, open the upper cover of the VOC detector and adjust according to the buttons on the screen. The buttons are "left move, confirm, right move"
3. First press the middle "Confirmation" button, the screen will display menu options, move the target to the "Zero Point" option through the right shift key, press the middle "Confirmation" button, OK will be displayed, which is zero point adjustment**.
4. After the zero point adjustment is completed, take out the calibration device, fixed VOC gas detector, display screen, standard gas cover, flow meter, pressure reducing valve, standard gas, trachea, etc.
5. Put the calibration cover on the gas cup of the VOC detector, open the standard gas valve, and adjust the pressure to 0-4-0.5L/min.
6. When the standard gas enters the gas chamber of the VOC detector, the gas concentration is displayed on the display.
7. Wait for the value to stabilize, wait 1-3 minutes, and check whether the value displayed on the display is consistent with the calibration gas value.
8. If there is a deviation in the value, press the "Confirm" key, move the "Menu" to the "Range" interface, and press the "Confirm" key to enter.
9. Use the left and right movement keys to adjust the value to be consistent with the standard gas, and then press the "Confirm" key.
10. The screen displays "OK", which means the calibration is completed.
