Circuit topology of power module
DC/DC power module (hereinafter referred to as module) is a switching power supply that uses power semiconductor switching devices to achieve DC/DC power conversion. It is widely used in remote and data communication, computer, office automation equipment, industrial instruments and meters, military, aerospace and other fields, involving various industries in the national economy, and has broad application prospects in remote and digital communication. With the rapid development of electronic technology, the application field of switch mode power supplies is becoming more and more extensive, and the working environment is becoming increasingly harsh. Statistical data shows that for every 2 ℃ increase in temperature of electronic components, reliability decreases by 10%, and the lifespan at a temperature rise of 50 ℃ is only 1/6 of that at a temperature rise of 25 ℃.
The circuit topology of the power module is implemented using a flyback converter, utilizing transformer primary feedback voltage regulation and secondary synchronous rectification technology. The input voltage range is between 36V~57V, and the stable output voltage is 5V, with characteristics such as overvoltage protection and overcurrent protection.
Product features of power module:
1. Wide input voltage range, meeting the voltage range of 24V system.
2. High conversion efficiency, with a typical conversion efficiency of 94%.
3. High switching frequency, with a typical switching frequency of 100KHz.
4. Low output ripple.
5. Overcurrent and short circuit protection function.
Application scope:
The power module can be applied to various types of commercial vehicles and construction machinery vehicles in 24V systems, and meets the load dump, jump start and other testing standards of 24V systems. It can provide efficient and high-quality 12V power supply for drivers and passengers of 24V system vehicles, in order to supply power to a large number of 12V system electrical equipment and improve the driving pleasure and comfort of vehicle users.
