2. The light is not on. The light may not light up due to various reasons, such as not pressing the "↑" test button after placing the sample, the sample weight not meeting the requirements, being too heavy, the heater being loose, and the filament being broken. After finding the relevant cause, take corresponding measures.
3. The weighing is unstable. At this point, you should pay attention to whether the environment you are in affects the stability of weighing, such as fast airflow. If the environment is not affected, check whether the sample holder is properly placed, whether the bottom protective screws are loose, and whether the screws are in place.
4. The testing error is large. There are many factors that can cause errors, such as low voltage, operating environment impact, uneven sample size, inconsistent sampling quantity, inconsistent temperature setting, and inconsistent starting temperature during testing. In addition, aging or non-standard operation of the instrument can easily lead to large errors.
