Common troubleshooting methods for micromirrors


1. The light bulb is on and off


The possible reasons and solutions are: the lamp life is coming to an end, and the bulb needs to be replaced; the pins are connected incorrectly, check all the connectors.


2. Poor visibility: the image is not obvious, the contrast is not good, and the details are not clear


Possible reasons and solutions include: the position of the objective lens in the optical path is incorrect, please ensure that the objective lens is turned into the position correctly; the aperture diaphragm is too small, please open the large aperture diaphragm; the front group of the objective lens is dirty, the objective lens needs to be cleaned; There is dirt and dust and the sample needs to be wiped clean.


3. Part of the image is blurred


The possible reasons and solutions are: the sample is not placed flat, please put the sample level; the position of the objective lens in the optical path is not correct, make sure the objective lens is turned into the position correctly; the light source is off-center, please adjust the center of the bulb.


4. Metallographic microscope lamp does not emit light


Possible causes and solutions include: whether the power wiring is connected, check the power connection plug; the fuse is blown, and the fuse needs to be replaced; the bulb is burnt out, and the bulb needs to be replaced.


5. After the brightness of the lighting is adjusted, the brightness of the field of view does not change much


Possible reasons and solutions are: the center of the light source is off, please adjust the center of the bulb.


7. The stage slides down automatically. After fine-tuning focus, quickly defocus


The possible reasons and solutions are: the axial tension of the coarse focus adjustment knob is too small, and the axial tension should be adjusted


8. The left and right eyes observe different fields of view


The possible reasons and solutions are: the interpupillary distance is not adjusted correctly, please adjust the interpupillary distance; the diopter is not adjusted correctly, you need to adjust the diopter; the eyepieces used for the left and right eyes have different magnifications, please use the same magnification eyepiece.


9. The light is on but the field of view is dark


The possible reasons and solutions are as follows: the brightness is not adjusted, adjust the dimmer knob; the aperture diaphragm is too small, you need to open a large aperture diaphragm; the field of view diaphragm is too small, you need to open a large field of view diaphragm.
