2. After turning on the power switch, let the instrument warm up for 30 minutes. First turn the two output adjustment knobs counterclockwise to the minimum position, and according to the type and range of the instrument under test, set the item selection switch, range switch, and frequency switch (400Hz for DC) to the required position. Press the "Output" button, the red light is on, slowly adjust the "coarse adjustment" knob clockwise to check the output.
3. After the inspection of each range or item, the output "coarse adjustment" and "fine adjustment" should be rotated or counterclockwise to the minimum position, and then it is allowed to switch to other ranges or other items, so as to avoid excessive output voltage or current. Large damage to the meter under test or inspection damage to the output of the instrument.
4. Do not short-circuit the output wires on the voltage levels, and do not open the output lines on the current output levels to avoid damage to the instrument.
5. It is forbidden to use it beyond the measuring range of the instrument. For example, do not use 5.5V for 5V files.
6. During the verification, if the current gear circuit of the tested meter is open, fine-tune the current output "coarse adjustment", and the tested meter and the instrument display have no response. At this time, do not turn the big knob again to avoid damage to the instrument. When the load is heavy, slowly turn up the "coarse adjustment", the meter and instrument display under test do not change much, and the test needs to be stopped immediately.
7. 5A and 10A files are best not to use the full-scale output. When using it near the upper limit, the time for outputting the indicated value should not be too long, which is easy to damage the instrument.
