Gas detector operation need to pay attention to what problems

2, the display value error shall not exceed ±5% of the instrument range (toxic gases). The display value error shall not exceed ±3% of the range of the instrument (combustible gases).
3, the detector must always maintain a good state, after each test should be checked whether the instrument back to zero, if not zero, must be readjusted in clean air zero to ensure that the analysis data is accurate.
4,The surface of the instrument should be cleaned every day. The sensor window should be kept free from blockage, and the filter (at the air inlet) should be cleaned regularly according to the usage.
5, the tester should be held lightly, avoid violent vibration, so as not to damage the sensitive components of the instrument.
6, must ensure that the instrument is used in the conditions of sufficient power, charging must be carried out in a safe place, is strictly prohibited in the place of explosive hazard to replace the instrument battery or charging for the battery, otherwise it may lead to fire or explosion.
7, in order to ensure that the battery life, please turn off the detector when not in use, the detector should not be less than 8 hours of continuous charging time each time, and should be charged under the state of power-off.
8, when the instrument itself is faulty and can not be used normally, it is strictly prohibited to disassemble and repair privately, it must be overhauled by the personnel, and the detector shall not be disassembled during the work in the hazardous area in order to prevent the explosion.
9, please do not place the instrument in a long time inorganic solvents or organic solvents smell strong environment (for example, paint smell). Otherwise, it is recommended to use a standard gas of known concentration and accessories to test the sensor.
10, not to soak the gas detector in liquid.
11, strictly prohibit the use of butane lighters to test the sensitivity of the detector sensor response, in order to avoid causing artificial damage to the detection probe. Avoid man-made often with high concentrations of combustible gases on the detector for impact.
12, it should be noted, for example, in the H2S leakage and detection of a certain delay between the response time. A small amount of high concentration of H2S is not enough to cause the detector alarm. When the display shows that the H2S concentration has exceeded the range, the instrument began to alarm, H2S may have been there for some time, or even has reached a dangerous concentration, the use of personnel should be evacuated from the scene as soon as possible, in order to avoid unnecessary damage to the personnel and the sensor.
13, do not enter a known hazardous area without taking appropriate precautions.
14, no external compressed gas at the air inlet to avoid damage to the internal structure.
15, the detector can not work properly, you should first check whether the battery voltage is normal.
16,To ensure the measurement of the detector, the detector should be calibrated regularly (annually).
