Gas detectors can be classified according to the following types:
Gas detector is an instrument tool for detecting gas leakage concentration. It can detect various gases such as hydrogen sulfide, carbon monoxide, oxygen, sulfur dioxide, phosphine, ammonia, nitrogen dioxide, hydrogen cyanide, chlorine, chlorine dioxide, ozone, and combustible gases. It is widely used for on-site detection in various places such as petrochemical, coal, metallurgy, chemical, municipal gas, and environmental monitoring.
1. Classification by type of detected gas
Combustible gas detectors, toxic and harmful gas detectors, and common gas detectors;
Common combustible and toxic gas detection instruments have the advantages of high cost-effectiveness and good performance.
2. Classification by Function
Single detector and multifunctional detector: A single gas detector is mainly used to detect a certain type of gas in the detection site, and is very widely used.
Multifunctional gas detectors include six in one gas detectors, five in one gas detectors, and four in one gas detectors, meeting the needs of different gas detection quantities.
3. Classification by usage
Portable and fixed: Portable is an instrument that meets the safety requirements of on-site operators for gas detection before operation, usually related to the usage scenario.
The fixed type mainly achieves long-term uninterrupted detection to ensure the safety of the use site, without the need for on-site personnel control, and can be intelligently linked.
4. Classification by sampling method
Diffusion type and pump suction type: Diffusion type gas detectors are widely used, characterized by good cost-effectiveness.
The price of pump suction gas detectors is relatively high, mainly meeting the special usage needs of special places.
