Gas detectors in emergency response to the aftermath of an incident

The ultimate purpose of any emergency response is to contain and control the night of the spill. Hazardous substances usually contaminate the surrounding water and soil, and the relevant units have to confirm the concentration of these contaminants in order to decide whether or not to carry out further aftercare work. If it is only an oil spill and it has been completely absorbed by the soil, there is no need for further treatment.

As can be seen, as a gas detector suitable for emergency incidents it should have at least the following characteristics:

It can be equipped with as many gas sensors as possible and should include at least one broadband detector such as PID or MOS for volatile organic compounds;

The configuration of the sensors is as flexible as possible, * preferably any catalytic combustion, electrochemical, infrared, photoionization (PID) sensors and detectors can be installed;

As large as possible with data storage and easy for you to download to a computer;

Can intuitively and conveniently display the measurement data, * preferably can display the trend data in graphical form;

With large-capacity rechargeable batteries, can support the instrument to work for a long time, * preferably with alkaline battery adapter, in order to prevent forgetting to

charging can also be used in time;

The instrument should be equipped with a pump suction function to facilitate leakage checking, headspace analysis and other operations;

Have an intrinsic to adapt to the use in hazardous environments;
The instrument should have a small size, light weight, easy to use and other portable essential features.
