2. To ensure that the reference plane of the level gauge is horizontal, a plug gauge can also be used to check on the platform. First, operate on the calibration instrument, calibrate the level bubble, firmly fix it after calibration, and then start the inspection. Turn around 180 degrees at the same position. If the bubble position is the same, it proves that the level gauge is qualified; If there is a deviation, a plug gauge can be used to measure the error range and make adjustments.

If the bubble of the level ruler leans towards which side, it indicates which side is higher. That is, it is necessary to lower the height of that side or increase the height of the opposite side. Adjusting the bubble to a horizontal state indicates that the object being measured is horizontal in that direction.
