How to ensure the stability of composite gas detector operation
The composite gas detector is a flexible single or multiple gas detector that can be equipped with oxygen sensors, combustible gas sensors, and optional two toxic gas sensors or optional four toxic gas sensors or optional single gas sensors. It has the advantages of fast response speed, good stability, high sensitivity, small size, light weight, and easy portability. During the use of the composite gas detector, in order to ensure the stability of equipment operation, users should pay attention to the following requirements:
1. When the composite gas detector is not in use, it should be placed in a dry and ventilated place to avoid being placed together with corrosive substances to accelerate aging and shorten the service life of the gas detector.
2. Check the gas flow rate, usually 30/h, as excessive or insufficient flow rate can have a significant impact on the analyzer results
3. Replace filter paper: Stop the air pump and drain the filter tank
4. Check for any air leaks in the pneumatic system. Whether the diaphragm of the sobbing pump is damaged, whether the sealing ring of the sampling probe is broken, whether the four-way valve and condensate are damaged, etc
5. Cleaning of sampling probe, unblocking of sampling hole pipeline
6. Check if the condenser is working properly, usually adjust the temperature within the range of 3 degrees Celsius
7. Check the measuring room for dirt and clean it promptly.
