How to maintain and maintain the digital anemometer correctly
Anemometers, especially portable anemometers, are used in various occasions such as air-conditioning air outlet testing, high-efficiency filter air outlet testing, and pipe air outlet testing. Anemometers are generally divided into two types, one is a thermal anemometer, which can also detect wind speed and temperature at the same time, and the other is an impeller anemometer, which can also detect wind speed and temperature at the same time. If the size of the above two types is input, the air volume can also be displayed directly. However, if it is mainly for detecting air volume, it is recommended that you use an air volume hood for detection.
Precautions for use;
1 During the wind speed test, the "red dot" on the sensor must face the wind direction, otherwise the measurement error will increase.
2. During the use of the instrument, if the measured wind speed is relatively stable, but the wind speed value displayed on the meter head changes greatly, you should shut down and check the wind speed sensor.
3 The way to check the wind speed sensor is: turn off the power switch, remove the sensor cable plug from the panel, and measure the resistance value between the four points on the plug with a multimeter at a suitable position (the four points of the plug are arranged in a concave shape, from right to left 1-4 respectively). Between 1 and 2 is a thermocouple with a resistance of about 5 ohms; between 3 and 4 is a heating wire with a resistance of about 50 ohms. The insulation resistance between 1, 2 and 3, 4 should be greater than 2 megohms. If the test result does not match the above data, it means that the sensor has been damaged and should stop using it and find the manufacturer for repair.
maintenance:
1) The wind direction and wind speed sensors observe whether the rotation of the wind cup and wind vane is flexible and stable. When an abnormality is found, clean the sensor bearing according to the method in the "User Technical Manual". Under normal circumstances, the sensor bearing should be cleaned once a year.
3) Maintenance of the air pressure sensor Check the air nozzle of the air pressure sensor to ensure that there is no foreign matter and pollution; the molecular sieve of the buffer box should be taken out every month, dried and then placed in the box, and sealed well.
2) Maintenance of the humidity sensor There is a protective cover on the head of the temperature and humidity sensor to prevent the sensing element from being polluted by dust. Clean the dust cover with a soft brush every month. Do not touch the cover of the temperature and humidity sensor with your hands or unclean objects. If serious pollution is found, it should be cleaned with a soft brush in time, and those that cannot be used should be replaced in time.
4) Maintenance of the amount sensor The water inlet funnel hole of the rain gauge is easily blocked by dust, leaves, and grass blades, which may easily cause false or missing rainfall measurements. Therefore, it should be checked once a month to remove dust, sand, gravel, turf, etc. If necessary, the funnel hole can be dredged with filaments to ensure that rainwater can enter the tipping bucket smoothly. Check the body of the wind direction and anemometer to ensure that the installation is firm and the mouth of the device is horizontal.
