How to use a digital multimeter with four jacks?
1. Measurement of DC voltage.
Insert the black test lead into the COM jack and the red test lead into the V/Ω jack.
2. Measurement of AC voltage.
Insert the black test lead into the COM jack and the red test lead into the V/Ω jack.
3. Measurement of DC current.
Insert the black test lead into the COM jack, when measuring the current with the maximum value of 200mA, insert the red test lead into the mA jack, and when measuring the current with the maximum value of 20A, insert the red test lead into the 20A jack.
4. Resistance measurement.
Insert the test leads into the "COM" and "VΩ" holes, turn the knob to the desired range in "Ω", and connect the test leads to the metal parts at both ends of the resistor.
