How to use a ph tester
1. Formulate the standard value of pH 6.86, wash the composite electrode with ionized water, and dry it with filter paper. Rinse 2 ~ 5ml of pH6.86 standard solution with water, pour it into a dried plastic beaker, wash the beaker and the composite electrode and pour it, put 20ml of pH6.86 standard solution into the plastic beaker, and put the composite electrode into the solution , use the instrument to fix the handle and adjust it until it is stable.
2. Set the temperature compensation, clean the composite electrode with ionized water, suck it out with filter paper, measure the temperature of pH4.00 solution with a thermometer, and adjust the temperature compensation handle of the instrument to the measured temperature value.
3. Determination of pH4.00 standard value and slope, pour 2 ~ 5 ml of pH4.00 standard solution into other plastic beakers, wash the beaker and the composite electrode and pour it, add 20 ml of pH4.00 standard solution, put the composite electrode Put into the solution, and after the reading stabilizes, adjust to pH 4.00 with the incline handle. Note that after adjusting the ramp knob it can no longer be moved.
4. Temperature measurement Use a thermometer to measure the temperature of the liquid, and adjust the instrument temperature compensation to the measured temperature.
5. Reading Insert the composite electrode into the solution being tested and read the pH value, which is the pH value of the liquid being tested.
