Improvement Method of Zero Calibration of Infrared Moisture Meter
Moisture content of dried shredded tobacco is an important index in tobacco processing, and the control of moisture content is mainly accomplished by real-time measurement and data feedback control of online infrared moisture meter. Therefore, the accuracy of the infrared moisture meter will directly affect the judgment of the manufacturer.
Most of the current research on the calibration of infrared moisture meters is to use statistical methods to determine the calibration line, or to provide ideas and judgment standards for the zero calibration of infrared moisture meters. For example, Zhang Mengsheng et al. introduced the calibration method of the infrared moisture meter and used the chart making function of Excel to calculate the slope and intercept during the calibration process of the infrared moisture meter. This method is simple and precise, can calculate the slope and intercept accurately and quickly, and quickly complete the full calibration of the infrared moisture meter; and, Zhang Genyuan found that when calibrating the infrared moisture meter, the moisture content of the sample and the displayed value are not in a strict linear arrangement . Apply the least squares method, use the deviation square sum to comprehensively consider the deviation of the observation point, find the ideal calibration line that minimizes the deviation between the sampling point and the calibration line, and obtain the new zero point and slope of the infrared moisture meter, which can make the measurement error of the infrared moisture meter In addition, Zeng Xudong et al. summed up some factors affecting the infrared moisture meter, and put forward corresponding countermeasures. However, it cannot be ignored that the infrared moisture meter will also bring measurement errors due to its own characteristics. So far, there are still relatively few studies on how to calibrate the moisture meter to reduce the specific method of error. Based on the above reasons, this paper uses relevant data to make suggestions for the improvement of the specific calibration method of the moisture meter.
The calibration of the infrared moisture meter mainly adopts three adjustment methods: fixed damping, intercept and zero position branch calibration. However, in the "Verification Regulations for On-line Moisture Meters in Tobacco Processing", it is required that the damping coefficient error should only be carried out during the first verification, and the intercept is not recommended. Frequent adjustments. In summary, the most effective way to calibrate the infrared moisture meter is to perform zero calibration, and in order to make the adjusted results more reasonable, the method of calibration is also very important. Undoubtedly, a smaller measurement error can reflect the moisture content of dried silk more effectively, reduce the waste of dried silk, and thus reduce the economic loss of the tobacco factory.
