Introduction to High Power Microscope Features of High Power Microscope

Introduction

It can be used for close-range observation, investigation, and analysis of small targets on the surface of massive objects. The equipment has a wide-field eyepiece, an epi-illuminator, a long-distance plan achromatic objective lens, and a mechanical stage with a huge movement range. The contrast is good, and the image is very clear. Additionally, it has a polarizing observation device built right into it.

features

1. The field of view is broad and clear thanks to the wide-field eyepieces and long-distance plan achromat objectives.

2. Having a stage with a wide range of movement, it may move both swiftly and slowly.

2. Coarse and fine motion coaxial focusing mechanism, adjustable coarse motion, limit locking device, and 2 m fine motion scale value.

4. A 6V20W halogen bulb with a brightness control.

5. The trinocular lens tube can be freely switched for everyday observation, and it has a specialized anti-mold technology that allows it to take photographs with 100% light transmission.

operation method

Take a mirror, then install it.

1. With your right hand, hold the mirror arm, and your left hand, move the mirror base.

2. After installing the eyepiece and objective lens, position the microscope about 7 cm from the left border of the experimental table.

2. Opposed to the light

1. Rotate the converter so that the light hole and low-magnification objective lens are lined up. (the distance between the front end of the objective lens and the stage should be kept 5 to 10 mm).

2. Align a larger aperture with the light hole, look at the eyepiece with one eye, open the other eye, turn the reflector, so that the light is reflected into the lens barrel through the light hole. You can see the white light through the eyepiece circular field of view.

3. Observation

1. Put the slide specimen to be observed on the stage, and press it with a pressure clamp. The specimen should be facing the center of the light hole.

2. Turn the coarse quasi-focus screw to lower the lens barrel slowly until the objective lens is close to the slide specimen (the eyes must look at the objective lens at this time, and the experimenter's eyes should look between the objective lens and the specimen to avoid collision between the objective lens and the specimen ).

3. Look inside the eyepiece with one eye, and at the same time turn the coarse focus screw counterclockwise to make the lens barrel rise slowly until the object can be seen clearly. Then turn the fine focus screw slightly to make the object image clearer.

4. Wipe and close the lens

1. If necessary, wipe the eyepiece with the lens cleaning paper next to it, and put it back in place.

use

High-power microscopes can be used to identify and analyze the organizational structure of various metals, alloy materials, and non-metallic substances, and are widely used in the electronics, chemical industry, and instrumentation industries to observe opaque substances. Such as metal materials, solar panels, integrated circuits, electronic chips, circuit boards, large liquid crystal panels and other non-metallic materials, research and analysis of some surface conditions, etc. This instrument is an ideal instrument for colleges and universities, precision engineering, scientific research institutions, factories, etc.
