Because the integrated infrared thermometer has very strict requirements on the use environment, it is generally necessary to keep the instrument installed where the ambient temperature does not exceed 50 degrees Celsius. Otherwise, the circuit components will be affected by temperature, resulting in distortion of the measurement value or even damage to the instrument. The fiber optic infrared thermometer adopts a split design, and the optical system (i.e., optical probe) that is basically not affected by temperature is installed at the temperature measurement site; while the signal processing/display that has strict requirements on ambient temperature is installed away from the measurement site. It can ensure that the signal processing/display is always working normally at the temperature of the scene; through an infrared optical fiber in the middle, the infrared signal received by the optical probe is transmitted to the signal processor for processing. In this way, the instrument has long-term working stability and reliability, is easy to install, does not require cooling measures such as water cooling, has low cost of use, and is easy to maintain.
