1. Measuring distance:

There is another important indicator behind it, which is horizontal distance (these two concepts must not be confused). The measurement distance of a laser rangefinder telescope is generally the theoretical measurement distance and may be affected by weather conditions. So when choosing a rangefinder, you should generally choose a laser rangefinder telescope that is about 20% farther than the actual measurement distance you require. 2. Can height be measured:
Can horizontal height be measured? Many rangefinders have this function, so this type of rangefinder can also be called an altimeter. Another concept of height measurement is to measure the height of the target (height difference), and these two concepts must not be confused. At present, the main brands that can measure height on the market are Tuyade and Orfa. The Nikon 1000AS can also measure height, but cannot measure angles. All models that the doctor is capable of cannot measure height. Models that can measure height will be relatively more expensive than those without this feature.
