1. Replace the battery
To install or replace the battery, open the battery compartment as shown in Figure 2 and insert the battery.
2. Clean the lens
Use clean compressed air to blow away detached particles. Carefully wipe the surface with a damp cotton swab. The cotton swab can be moistened with water.
3. Clean the case
Dampen a sponge or soft cloth with soap and water. To avoid damaging the thermometer, never immerse the instrument in water.
