Multimeter to measure the continuity of the line
There is one wire that is longer and has good insulation. I want to test whether this wire is open or not. May I ask what gear of the multimeter is used to measure it.
adoption:
Use the resistance file, which is X1, or the buzzer file.
The method of using the ordinary multimeter to test the circuit continuity: the method of the multimeter to find the leakage current
Adjust the multimeter to ohm (Ω) multiplied by 1, and then zero the needle (there is a knob on the multimeter to try turning it left and right, so that the needle points to the rightmost zero).
Connect the two test pens to the two terminals at will, and the pointer points to the right end, indicating that the line is connected; the pointer points to the left end and does not move, indicating that the line is disconnected.
To measure the on-off, it is naturally measured using the ohm gear.
If the measured result is infinite, it is an open circuit. If there is a resistance value and the resistance value is within the normal range, it is a circuit.
If you can't directly measure the two ends of a wire, you can connect one end of the two wires and measure the two wires from the other end, which should also be open.
