Optical microscope consists of what parts

The general optical microscope is constructed in three main parts: the mechanical part, the illumination part and the optical part. Mechanical part of the role of the external help to fix and adjust, the role of the lighting part of the role of the mirror stage below to help present the image, the role of the optical part of the role of the need to observe the use.

The mechanical part includes (1) mirror seat (2) mirror column (3) mirror arm (4) mirror tube (5) objective converter (rotator) (6) mirror table (carrier table) (7) regulator.

Mechanical parts of the role are: (1) mirror base: base, support role; (2) mirror column: connecting the mirror base and mirror arm; (3) mirror arm: take and put the microscope when the hand grip parts; (4) mirror barrel: the upper end of the barrel is equipped with an eyepiece, the lower end of the objective lens converter is installed; (5) objective lens converter (rotator): you can switch to a different magnification of the objective lens; (6) mirror stage (load table): used to hold slides of the specimen; (7) Adjuster: to make the mirror stage move in the up and down direction.

The illumination part includes reflector, light collector.

Illumination part of the role are: (1) reflector: the role is to reflect the light source light to the concentrator, and then through the light hole illumination of the specimen; (2) light collector (concentrator): the role is to focus the light to the specimen to be observed.

The optical part includes the eyepiece and objective lens.

The role of the optical part are: (1) eyepieces: observation of magnified objects, its length with the increase in magnification and become shorter; (2) objective lens: observation of magnified objects, its length with the increase in magnification and become longer.

Microscopes can be classified into polarised light microscopes, optical microscopes, electron microscopes and digital microscopes by the principle of microscopy.

Optical Optical microscopes are usually composed of an optical part, an illumination part and a mechanical part. Undoubtedly, the optical part is the most crucial, which consists of eyepieces and objective lenses. As early as 1590, the Dutch and Italian spectacle makers had already made magnifying instruments similar to microscopes. There are many types of optical microscopes, mainly bright-field microscope (ordinary optical microscope), dark-field microscope, fluorescence microscope, phase contrast microscope, laser scanning confocal microscope, polarising microscope, differential interferometric microscope, inverted microscope.
