Precautions and maintenance of combustible gas detector
Combustible gas detector type
1. Portable flammable gas detector
This type of combustible gas detector generally adopts natural diffusion method for gas concentration detection, and the catalytic combustion sensor contained in the detector also has high sensitivity. In addition, the combustible gas detector with good quality and low price also adopts embedded micro-control technology, which makes the detector have the advantages of simple operation and complete functions, and greatly improves the efficiency and accuracy of gas detection work.
2. Pump-suction combustible gas detector
This type of combustible gas detection and alarm device mainly uses a built-in suction pump, which has the characteristics of quickly detecting the concentration of combustible gas in the working environment. Moreover, the pump-suction combustible gas detector not only uses a catalytic combustion sensor, but also has a very clear large LCD screen and audible and visual alarm prompts, which can ensure that technicians can successfully detect gas in a relatively unfavorable working environment, and at the same time ensure personal safety. Safety.
Notes for combustible gas detectors:
1. Wiring should be done when the power is off, and the power should be turned on after confirming that the wiring is correct; the probe should be debugged by remote control when it is confirmed that there is no flammable gas leakage on site.
2. The installation location should be selected within a radius of 1 meter near the valve, pipeline interface, gas outlet or the place where leakage is easy, as close as possible, but do not affect the operation of other equipment.
3. When used for large-area gas detection, a probe can be arranged in 20-50 square meters, which can achieve the effect of safety monitoring.
4. Installation height: When detecting gases lighter than air such as hydrogen, natural gas, and city gas, install it about 1 meter above the roof; when detecting gases heavier than air such as liquefied petroleum gas, use 1.5 to 2 meters below the ground. meters or so to install.
5. The installation method can be roof hoisting, wall hanging or connecting pipes, etc., and the installation should be ensured to be firm and reliable. We have equipped with an infrared remote control to facilitate debugging and operation.
6. The on-site wiring should go through pipes, and the pipes used should meet the fire protection requirements. The pipes should be connected with the probes to meet the fire protection requirements.
7. When installing, the sensor should be fixed downward.
8. Shielded cables should be used for wiring, and the diameter of a single wire is greater than 1 square millimeter. The shielding layer must be grounded when wiring.
Combustible gas detector maintenance
1. Check the gas flow rate, usually 30/h, if the flow rate is too large or too small, it will have a great impact on the analyzer results
2. Replace the filter paper: stop the air pump and drain the filter tank
3. Check whether there is any air leakage in the air system. Whether the diaphragm of the weeping pump is damaged, whether the sealing ring of the sampling probe is broken, whether the four-way valve and condensate are damaged, etc.
4. Clean the sampling probe and dredge the sampling hole pipeline
5. Check whether the condenser works normally, usually the temperature is adjusted within 3 degrees Celsius
6. Check the measuring chamber to see if it is dirty, and clean it in time.
