Precautions for soldering with constant temperature electric soldering iron:

1. The temperature of the soldering iron tip of the constant-temperature electric soldering iron must be appropriate. Putting the soldering iron tips of different temperatures on the rosin block will produce different phenomena. Generally speaking, the temperature when the rosin melts quickly and does not smoke is more suitable.

2. The welding time of the constant temperature electric soldering iron should be appropriate. From heating the soldering point to the time when the solder melts and flows over the soldering point, it should generally be completed within a few seconds. If the welding time is too long, the flux on the welding point will completely evaporate and the welding effect will be lost. If the welding time is too short, the temperature of the welding point will not reach the welding temperature, and the solder will not be fully melted, which can easily cause false welding.

3. Use an appropriate amount of solder and flux. Generally, using too much or too little solder and flux on welding points will have a great impact on the welding quality.

4. Prevent the solder on the welding point from flowing randomly. The ideal welding should be that the solder is only welded where it needs to be welded. In the welding operation, there should be less solder at the beginning. After the welding point reaches the welding temperature and the solder flows into the gap of the welding point, replenish the solder to complete the welding quickly.

5. Do not touch the soldering point during the welding process with the constant temperature electric soldering iron. When the solder on the soldering point has not completely solidified, the soldered components and wires on the soldering point should not be moved, otherwise the soldering point will deform and virtual soldering will occur.

6. When welding, the constant-temperature soldering iron should not burn the surrounding components and wires. When welding, be careful not to let the soldering iron burn the plastic insulation layer of the surrounding wires and the surface of the components, especially for products with compact welding structures and complex shapes. .

7. After welding is completed, clean up after welding in time. After welding is completed, the cut wire ends and tin slag dropped during welding should be removed in time to prevent them from falling into the product and causing hidden dangers.
