Remember these few things about the four in one gas detector
1. When the four in one gas detector is turned on, there is a preheating time. Please be patient and wait.
2. It is strictly prohibited to use the detector outside the specified temperature range of the instrument. If the temperature is too high or too low, it may damage the sensor.
3. Keep the testing instrument dry and strictly prohibit contact with water droplets. And avoid direct contact with corrosive liquids.
4. For testing instruments that have not undergone dust prevention treatment, do not use them in environments with high dust density.
5. Check the overall appearance of the instrument and the integrity of the battery level. At the same time, to ensure the correctness of the detection, it is necessary to conduct rapid testing to detect the correctness and accuracy of the instrument sensor's response to gas.
6. Check the air tightness of the pump suction system. After opening the instrument, the air inlet terminal of the pump suction system was blocked. If the sampling probe rod points towards the instrument and sends a pump flow blockage alarm, it indicates that the airtightness of the instrument pump system is normal, otherwise the instrument cannot be used.
7. Regularly check the inlet port of the detector for leaks and blockages, and keep the inlet port unobstructed.
8. It is strictly prohibited to use gas detectors to detect environments with unknown concentrations, in order to avoid on-site concentration exceeding the sensor range and damaging the sensor.
For gas detectors that have not undergone dust prevention treatment, they need to be used in areas with high dust levels. Please use gauze or tissue to place it at the air inlet.
10. When there are abnormalities in the gas detector, please communicate with the manufacturer's technical personnel in a timely manner. Do not disassemble or repair the tester without permission.
11. Try to adhere to checking the four in one gas detector after homework every day, and record the results of each inspection to promptly identify and solve problems.
12. Adhere to all maintenance measures. Use a soft cloth to scrub the instrument casing. Prevent the use of corrosive chemicals such as solvents, soaps, or polishing agents for cleaning.
13. It is strictly prohibited to immerse the instrument in liquid.
14. Maintenance requires professional and qualified personnel to operate. Before operation, it is necessary to understand all the contents of the user manual and operate safely.
If the instrument is exposed to combustible gases or specific environments for a long time, it should be calibrated daily and replaced if necessary.
16. The filtration device of the pumping system should be regularly inspected, mainly to check whether the filtration membrane inside the pumping product is ineffective. The method to determine the fault is to observe the color change of the filter membrane. The color of the cleaning membrane is pure white, and the color of the ineffective filter membrane is yellow black.
