Single-line principle and application introduction of DC power supply

A DC power supply is a device that maintains a constant current in a circuit. Such as dry batteries, storage batteries, DC generators, etc.

DC power application range:

The DC power supply system is suitable for large power plants, hydropower plants, ultra-high voltage substations, and unattended substations as control, signal, protection, automatic reclosing operation, emergency lighting, and DC oil pumps;

The opening and closing of various DC operating mechanisms, the instruments of the secondary circuit, the control of automation devices, the AC uninterruptible power supply and other DC power supply for electrical devices.

One-wire principle of DC power supply:

The DC power supply consists of four units: charging panel, feeder panel, battery and DC voltage converter.

The charger screen is composed of several power modules and a microcomputer monitoring system. The maximum configuration of a single cabinet is 160A. If a larger output current is required, multiple cabinets can be connected in parallel.

The feeder screen is equipped with a microcomputer insulation online monitoring device. When a grounding accident occurs in a certain feeder branch, it can display the branch number and grounding resistance of a certain place.

The battery screen can be equipped with a microcomputer battery inspection device to monitor the battery status at any time.

The DC voltage transmitter can use a high-frequency DC transmitter. When the closing bus changes in 180-300V, the output voltage of the control line bus can be firmly stabilized at 220V.

A programmable DC power supply is a power supply whose functions or parameters can be programmed and controlled by computer software. For example, how much is the output voltage and what is the maximum output current, if it exceeds this value, it will not be able to supply power normally, and so on.

The non-electrostatic force in a programmable DC power supply is from the negative pole to the positive pole. When the programmable DC power supply is connected to the external circuit, a current from the positive pole to the negative pole is formed outside the power supply (external circuit) due to the promotion of the electric field force. And inside the power supply (internal circuit), the action of non-electrostatic force makes the current flow from the negative pole to the positive pole, so that the flow of charge forms a closed cycle.

Main features of programmable DC power supply:

1. Five models of voltage output are suitable for a wide range of power requirements;

2. Zero accuracy provides high-quality test data;

3. Very high output resolution and measurement resolution, 1mV and 0.1mA, suitable for testing low-power circuits and devices;

4. Remote sensing ensures that the set voltage is applied to the load;

5. The dual-channel display can display the set value and the actual output value to continuously indicate the state of the power transmitted to the load;

6. Easily create repeatable test sequences with up to 80 output steps through the built-in list mode;

7. GPIB and USB standard interfaces are convenient for automatic control.
