Troubleshooting during use of regulated power supply
The varistor bursts in the regulated power supply:
1. The varistor is broken;
2. The photocoupler of its corresponding phase is damaged;
3. The corresponding thyristor module is damaged;
4. The transformer of its corresponding phase is damaged.
The fuse burns out, causing a fault audible and visual alarm:
1. The fuse is broken;
2. The photocoupler of its corresponding phase is damaged;
3. The corresponding thyristor module is damaged;
4. Its opposite phase transformer is damaged.
Sound and light alarm when phase failure occurs in the regulated power supply:
1. Its input power supply is missing phase:
2. The machine line switch is missing phase transmission;
3. The sampling transformer is damaged;
4. The voltage regulating potentiometer is damaged.
A certain phase voltage stabilization indicator light flashes:
1. Its corresponding input voltage exceeds the voltage regulation range;
2. Whether the corresponding cable plug-in can be plugged in tightly;
3. The wire ends of the module board terminals may be broken.
