Use of irradiometers and reports on UV test measurements
I. Purpose of the experiment:
1, Understand the concept of irradiance and learn to use an irradiance meter.
2, to understand the proportion of ultraviolet light from different light sources.
3, learn to measure ultraviolet irradiance.
Second, the experimental principle:
Visible light contains a certain amount of ultraviolet light, the amount and proportion of ultraviolet light is very important for the preservation of cultural relics, the use of ultraviolet irradiance meter to measure the content of ultraviolet light.
Third, the experimental materials:
Irradiance meter, light source, meter scale and so on.
Fourth, the content of the experiment:
1, measure the intensity of ultraviolet light in different places indoors and outdoors.
2,Measure the intensity of ultraviolet rays from different light sources at a certain distance and calculate the ratio.
V. Precautions:
1, the use of irradiance meter should pay attention to the probe and key selection, pay attention to the order of gears from large to small.
2, the probe of the irradiance meter should be perpendicular to the light.
3, when changing the light source, pay attention to the temperature of the light source to avoid **.
Sixth, the experimental steps:
Measure the intensity of ultraviolet light in different places indoors and outdoors, and measure the data in the window without glass shielding, one layer of glass shielding and two layers of glass shielding. The measurement results are shown in Table I.
2,Measure the UV intensity at 20cm of 40W incandescent lamp and calculate the proportion of UV.
3,Measure the UV intensity at 20cm of 100W incandescent lamp and calculate the proportion of UV.
4,Measure the ultraviolet intensity at 20cm of 18W energy-saving lamps and calculate the proportion of ultraviolet rays.
5,Compare the UV intensity at 20cm of several light sources, calculate the ratio and compare.
