How to adjust the resolution of a metallographic microscope if it is low

The larger the numerical aperture of the objective lens and the shorter the wavelength of the illumination light, the smaller the resolution distance and the higher the resolution.


If the resolution of a gold microscope is low and the contrast is also poor, check the following:
1. Whether the immersion objective used is immersed in oil. If not, just immerse the objective lens in oil.
2. Is there any bubble in the oil immersed objective lens? If there is any bubble, remove it.
3. The opening of the aperture light bar should not be too large or too small and should be adjusted according to requirements.
