What are the product characteristics and applications of infrared night vision devices

The observation type infrared night vision device is an electronic device that utilizes photoelectric conversion technology. Strictly speaking, the sight type infrared night vision instrument is not a telescope, it is an electronic device that uses batteries. There are two types: active and passive. The active type can emit a beam of infrared light, which shines on an object and then reflects back, similar to a flashlight; The passive method amplifies and converts the infrared radiation emitted by the object itself into visible light.

This instrument is a compact and aesthetically pleasing handheld night vision device for monocular observation. Its optical system and high-performance first generation micro tube with bright imaging will bring you a clear and sharp observation effect. The observation type infrared night vision device uses advanced integrated production technology, with a compact size and a weight of only 405g, making it easy to use even for a long time.

The observation type infrared night vision device is equipped with a long-range infrared laser illuminator, ensuring that you can observe clearly in a completely black environment. The observation type infrared night vision instrument utilizes advanced next-generation image sharpness enhancement technology to generate a clear field of view, with longer observation distances and richer observation details.

Of particular concern is that the observation type infrared night vision device has a safe anti strong light function, ensuring that the equipment is not accidentally or irreversibly damaged. This is significantly different from night vision devices that are easily damaged by strong light, making your use reassuring and comfortable.

The instrument has a wide range of applications and is suitable for night patrols and reconnaissance of security guards. Whether you are traveling, camping, observing in the wilderness, or protecting your property from theft, the sight type infrared night vision device can effectively provide assistance and cooperation for you. It is an ideal equipment for both military and civilian use, enhancing your work efficiency and adding fun to your life.

There are various types, but they are basically composed of optical systems, image converters or micro tubes, power supplies, and power supply systems. Of course, active infrared night vision devices also need to be equipped with infrared searchlights, and the image converter or low light tube is the "heart" of the night vision device. Image tubes can transform invisible infrared images into visible ones, while low light tubes can enhance weak light by tens of thousands or even hundreds of thousands of times, making it visible to the human eye.

The observation type infrared night vision instrument is afraid of strong light because the image converter and low light tube are afraid of strong light. Taking the image converter as an example, when infrared light is irradiated on the photocathode of the image converter, the photocathode emits electrons. Under the action of a high voltage field (16-21 kV) and an electron lens, the electrons accelerate towards the fluorescent screen, causing it to display a visible target image. The more light signals the image converter receives, the more electrons it emits, the stronger the light signal emitted by the fluorescent screen, and the brighter the image it sees.

They are basically proportional. But if the external light is too strong, the number of electrons emitted by the photocathode does not increase to a certain extent, that is, saturation occurs, and the target cannot be seen clearly. If too strong light suddenly hits, it may also burn out the photocathode of the tube, making it unable to emit electrons, and of course, nothing can be seen.

Although the observation type infrared night vision device has taken certain measures to prevent strong light, its function is limited, so it must be operated strictly according to regulations when in use. When encountering strong light or daytime target calibration, the objective lens cover should be worn or the power switch should be turned off. The correct use of observation type infrared night vision equipment can prolong its service life and avoid unnecessary damage, thus fully exerting the function of observation type infrared night vision equipment.
